We’re more than a gym – we’re a Team! Home to 20+ amateur boxers (incl. Aust Champ, 3 State Champs, a Qld team coach), we inspire all ages (5-65), abilities, & skill levels to Punch with Purpose. At Neon Boxing Academy, we don’t just train boxers—we build confident, disciplined individuals who live our core values. Since launching in Dec 2023, our rapid growth is driven by a holistic approach to training & personal development. These funds will be pivotal in supporting our expansion, adding facilities & equipment to meet the growing needs of our diverse & inclusive community.

With a profound passion for combat sports and an illustrious coaching journey spanning over two decades, Leon stands at the helm of our boxing program. A dedicated member of the Queensland Boxing Coaching team for the 2023 and 2024 Boxing Australia National Titles, Leon brings a wealth of expertise and a winning spirit to the ring. Under his tutelage, over 20 amateur boxers train at Neon Boxing Academy, including a National Champion and three State Champions, showcasing his exceptional ability to develop athletes into top-tier competitors.

Karina is the driving force behind the scenes at Neon Boxing Academy, seamlessly managing operations and creating a thriving environment for athletes to excel. With a passion for building strong communities, she coordinates everything from logistics and events to athlete support and development. Karina’s commitment to fostering resilience and growth ensures every member feels empowered to "Punch with Purpose."
