1. How much does it cost to be a member of Navsports?
Navsports.com is a free service for members/clubs/teams/organisations. There is a premium membership service available in the future with some realy cool features.

2. What age can you be to sign up?
Navsports is available to people 6 years and up.(Please see our terms and conditions policy for children 6 to 13yrs).

3. Who can become a member of Navsports?
Anyone 6 and over can become a member of Navsports; there are no restrictions of any kind.(Please see our terms and conditions policy for children 6 to 13yrs).

4. Are my details safe?
Navsports have strict policies for the protection of personal rights, we do have set Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy that all members and uses are bound by (see Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for more info). Because the information you supply is publicly viewable we cannot guarantee that it will not be misused by others.

5. What are the benefits of becoming a member?
The benefits include being able to search and find all your local communities sports clubs information and being able to create and customize your own personal profile and link with your friend. Clubs have the benefit of being able to promote their club on the biggest sports portal and social network in Australia.

6. What does "Follow this Team/League/Club" mean?
Follow a Team/League/Club means you, as a Navsports member can become a Fan of any club on the Navsports network. You have not actually joined this Team/League/Club, but are only associated with them on the Navsports website. Members can Follow as many Team/League/Clubs as you like, and do so by viewing the Team/League/Clubs profile and clicking on the "Follow team/club" button.
Members have the right to stop following any Team/League/Club at any time, and Team/League/Clubs have the right to block any member at any time.

7. Are there any initial or ongoing costs to become a member?
Navsports.com is 100% free for members and always will be.

8. Are there any policies or guidelines members have to follow?
For the protection of personal rights we do have a set Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy that all members and uses are bound by.

9. What are NavPoints Rewards Vouchers?
When SportsFANS interact with NavSports they will receive NavPoints. These NavPoints add up so when they follow a selected Sports Business / Team / League or Club they will receive discount vouchers instantly via email which can then be printed and redeemed.

10. What year was Navsports first established?
Navsports has been a work in progress since 2004 and was originally called PracticePartners.com.au.

11. Does Navsports offer any chance for work experience, casual, part-time or full time work?
Yes as the site grows in popularity we expect to take on new employees, if you have any interest in working for Navsports please send your resume to enquiry@navsports.com

12. How many countries is Navsports currently active in? And does it plan to expand into other countries anytime soon?
We are currently active in the United States and Australia and are planning to be in South America and Japan in the near future.

13. Is the website only offered in English?
At the moment Navsports is only offered in English.

14. I have been banned for breaking the websites policies can I rejoin?
You must show us reason why you should be accepted back as a member of Navsports, it will be up to management to decide. You can send an email to enquiry@navsports.com (or fill in the form on our contact page) if you would like to rejoin.

15. If I have a problem with my profile who can I contact?
Contact support@navsports.com (or fill out our form on the contact page) as soon as possible outlining your problem and we will work to help you as soon as possible.

16. The website won’t load properly on my computer, how can I fix it?
The Navsports website is cross browser compatible, meaning that the site should work on most browsers. Try to refresh the page, restart your computer or check with your ISP if you are having continueing problems. You can also email us at support@navsports.com (or fill out our form on the contact page) and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

17. What is the objective of Navsports?
Our objective is to provide a premium service for all sports clubs in the world to promote their businesses and also create the largest social networking site revolving around sports, in effect linking communities and their sports. You can read more on our About Us page.

18. What is an ITN?
ITN stands for International Tennis Number and is a ranking system in Tennis from number 1 to number 10, 1 being advanced level and 10 being beginners level.

19. What screen resolution is Navsports best viewed with?
1024 x 768 and higher are the best screen resolution to view Navsports.com.

20. I have received unwanted emails from other members of Navsports, what do I do to stop this?
If you would not like to be contacted by other members or clubs, you can do so in the Account Settings section of your Edit Profile.
If the email was inappropriate, contact us immediately at support@navsports.com with all the details you have and we will take care of it straight away. We will not tolerate abuse of our site.

21. How does the "My Events Calendar" work?
To add sporting Teams/Organisations events to your calendar, simply login and go to the Teams/Organisations event you are interested in. Click on "Add this event to my calendar" and that’s it. The information is now available on your events calendar.
